What is SUMS?

The Smart University Management System (SUMS) also known as the Integrated University Management Platform is an internal AVU database. Student can use it to access:

  • on-line class schedules
  • academic record
  • course materials
  • teaching staff evaluation forms
  • study contracts -additional documents

How to access SUMS?

Go to https://core.uav.ro/ and then enter your personal numerical code (CNP) for “user”; “password” requires you to enter the last for digits of your CNP. After logging in, you can change the default password in the “My Account” section.

How can I pay my tuition fees?

Tuition fees can be paid at the university cash office or by bank transfer
